Will I be reading the next book? Probably. But I don’t know if it was the format, or the fact that I listened to parts of it on audio, but it really didn’t do much for me. I know people who absolutely loved it and that cranked up my excitement. I’m really bummed I didn’t love this book as much as I was expecting to. I really didn’t get the vibes I was hoping for and expected. While it wasn’t a bad book and the ending had me a bit emotional, I was kind of bored through the whole thing. This was one of my most anticipated reads for the latter half of 2021 and it didn’t meet my expectations.
